App Store Sales

Using App Store Connect, you can easily keep track of your app’s performance in various ways. If you offer paid products to your users, it's crucial to check your app's monetization performance regularly by visiting the AppStore Sales section. Here, you can find sales data directly, along with other financial-related parameters.

What Are App Store Sales?

The App Store Sales section provides you with information on the total sales of your apps, in-app purchases, pre-orders, and revenue. The Sales column has a narrower focus and shows the acquisitions of your products during the day on a chart. You can also filter the data to get a clearer picture and change parameters such as country, device, category, version, transaction type, and more.

This tab displays the dollar amount you have earned from sales and shows you the dynamics, including rises and falls in demand for your products over the past month and a half.

Please keep in mind that all amounts are shown in dollars, so if you use another currency, your exact earnings may vary depending on the current exchange rate.

Using App Sales iOS, you can determine which type of content is popular in a specific region, which countries generate the most revenue, which devices users install your apps on, and much more. This information will help you fully understand your target audience's demand for the product, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and adjust your ASO and other promotional efforts accordingly.

It's important to note that the Sales tab provides you with general data on completed transactions. If you want to see your income, you need to go to the Proceeds tab. Here, you'll find information on your revenues, including deductions to App Store (15% or 30%, depending on the size of your business).
