Reviews AI Summaries
The Reviews AI Summaries tool helps you quickly understand what real users think about any app on the App Store or Google Play. It automatically collects review texts and ratings to generate a summary of what users like, dislike, repeatedly complaint about, and expect. Use this feedback to improve your product and marketing messaging.

Goal: Turn large volumes of store reviews into actionable insights without manual reading.
Time: 3–7 minutes.
1. Select an App
Click Create Summary to choose the app you want to analyze. You may choose:
- One of your apps
- Any app on the App Store or Google Play
2. Select Country or Locale
On the App Store, reviews are organized by country. On Google Play, feedback is grouped by locale (user language). This affects how platforms store and display reviews and helps you analyze cultural nuances.
3. Select Time Frame & Review Type
Now, choose the period from which reviews should be collected using the calendar or preset time ranges.
The tool will parse reviews until it reaches a maximum of 1000 entries, then stop automatically. This way you can be sure you'll get meaningful insights without outdated feedback.
Additionally, you can choose to analyze:
- All reviews
- Only positive ratings
- Only negative ratings
4. Generate the Summary
After parsing, the tool analyzes the reviews to extract key data. This may take a couple of minutes. If it seems to load too long, click Refresh to update the screen.
5. Review the Results
The summary includes:
- Average reviews rating and sentiment bar showing whether positive or negative feedback dominates.
- An overview that summarizes the main strengths and weaknesses.
- The number of analyzed reviews to gauge reliability.
- A list of likes and dislikes for clear improvement opportunities.
